How to Track AIOU Degree using DTS

Follow the steps and track your degree using the online DTS system.

1. Visit the AIOU DTS tracking system website.
2. Click on the “In Process Applications” link
3. to see the box “View Application Status for PC/degree.”
4. Enter Your degree tracking ID or Roll number
5. Submit the “View PC/Degree Application Status” button
6. Now you will see the complete information regarding your degree status.
7. You will see your PRC/Transcript No, Post/Courier No Dispatch Date, and Degree No.

How to Find Degree Dispatch Status

If you get the message “Dear Student, Your PC/Degree has been Dispatched at your given address, if not yet delivered to you, please contact your concerned Post Courier/Office or TCS Centre.” then it means you need to check your degree in Post office.

Follow the steps to check where your degree is dispatched to get it quickly.

• Visit the Pakistan Office Official website at https://ep.gov.pk/.
• You will see the “Tracking Id” search box on the top right.
• Enter your Post/Courier No.RGL number. You can find this number from AIOU-DTS.
• Now click on the “Track” button.
• Here you will see when your degree is dispatched and where currently it is.

You will also see the date, time, and location name where the degree was and where it is now. You can use this information to collect your degree.

AIOU Degree Apply

The tracking of degrees online is possible if you have already applied for a degree. You will not get your degree until you apply for it. There is a fee for degree application, which depends upon the degree level. So if you apply for a degree but didn’t get it, then you can track it using the DTS system.

AIOU Degree Form

There is a simple process to get your degree, and you must apply for it. The application requires an AIOU degree form to download online and submit to the examination department. After a few weeks, you will be able to get your degree.

• Go to Allama Iqbal Open University Download Forms section.
• Scroll down and go to the Degree Forms area.
• Here you will find a different form. Download the new Degree Form.
• Fill out the form by writing personal and degree information.
• Attach all required documents that ask in the form.

Forward the form to the address of Controller examination, department of examination, certificate/degree section block 3 AIOU, Islamabad.

AIOU Degree Pictures Change Application Form

The Open University gives a new option that the degree owner can use to change their picture on the document. They need to download the Change of Picture form application from the official website and then submit it.

The university member can request a change of picture in case the wrong picture is blurry or does not look good. Here are the steps you need to take a picture of your degree.

• First of all, go to the AIOU download form page.
• In the “Application Forms” section, download “Application for Change of Picture.”
• Please print the form and fill it with personal information such as Semester Spring/Autumn, program name, roll number, registration number, name, and father’s name.
• Attach 2 x 1.5-inch picture without attested next to personal information section.
• Checkmark one or two of the following.
• Your picture is wrong, and you need to change it.

My roll number slip doesn’t have the picture, so please attach the picture.

While attaching the picture, you should make sure the following things.

• Attack another picture with one site attested.
• Make sure your picture should be according to the size mentioned in the form.
• Your picture should be clear.
• Use a chip stick to attach the picture. Don’t use paper pins etc.

Note: The Applicant needs to add a signature and post the form to AIOU Islamabad, Block four address in the name of directorate administration. You don’t need to attach any application along with this form. 

AIOU Degree Delivery

AIOU send the student’s degree to their postal address. But it is important to remember that you should apply for the degree to deliver it to your home. If you didn’t apply, then you will not get it. So make sure you deposit the fee and apply for a degree if you have already cleared it.

The student can quickly check where their degree is at this time and also find the location. They can also find the day on which the degree is delivered. All you need to check is using the DTS system.

AIOU Degree Delivery Time

The time of delivery of the degree depends upon the fee. If you apply for urgent, you will get the degree within two weeks at your address. But if you deposit a regular fee, it will take one time to the developer at your doorsteps. There is some delay possible due to TCS or postal service.

AIOU degree objection clearance

Sometimes the university applies objection to a student’s degree that you need to clear. The university mentions the reason for the objection, and you must take the steps accordingly. 

If you face any objection issues, then follow these steps:

• Go to Objection Forms 
• Select search by form no or name.
• Next, enter the form number or name in the search field.
• Click on submit and find the reason behind the objection.
